  • Where are you located?

    Revive 318 is located at the heart of Purdue University’s campus at 318 N. Russell. With its prime location, residents enjoy easy access to everything campus life has to offer from academic buildings to recreational facilities, trendy eateries, and vibrant social scenes. 


  • What type of units do you offer?

    We have STUDIOS, 1 BD/1BA, 2 BD/1BA, and 2 BD/2BA. The two-bedroom apartments are leased on a per-bed space lease. This means you are only responsible for your own lease and payments. This allows you to live with a roommate without worrying whether they will pay rent on time.


  • What is the leasing process?

    The entire leasing process is completed online. There is a $50 application fee which includes a criminal background check. Once your application is accepted, we will send you a lease to sign. We require a $1000 deposit at lease signing.

  • What is the length of the lease?

    August 1 through July 31.


  • What furniture is included?

    All apartments are fully furnished. Common area includes a sofa or loveseat, multipurpose table and chairs, coffee table, end table, lamps, 50” television with a remote control.  Each bedroom includes a full-size bed (mattress, box spring, frame), headboard, chest of drawers, and nightstand.


  • What appliances are included?

    Your apartment will be equipped with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, including an oven/range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. A clothes washer and clothes dryer are also included.


  • What utilities are included?

    Water, sewer, and trash are included. Tenants are responsible for electricity and internet.


  • What type of internet is offered?

    Revive 318 has fiber internet with 1-gigabyte of speed for each apartment unit with unlimited data. Internet costs $75 for each unit. If there are two residents in an apartment, the cost will be divided equally.


  • How will I receive mail and/or packages?

    Each resident will have a unique mailbox in the building lobby for USPS mail and package delivery. Other carriers: FedEx, UPS, DHL will leave packages outside of your apartment door. There is an Amazon Store in Krach Leadership Center, which is less than one block away.


  • Is parking available?

    We have limited parking spaces available for rent. There are a few parking spots open to the public on the street adjacent to our building. There is also a CityBus stop directly in front of our building.


  • Do you allow pets?

    No pets are permitted.


  • What type of security is in place?

    Cameras outside the exterior perimeter and in all common interior spaces (not within apartments). A key fob is used to enter the building and the lobby. Each apartment is equipped with a keyless door lock. 


  • Are there dining options close by?

    Chick-fil-A, Jersey Mike’s, and Starbucks are directly across the street. Several other quick-service dining options are also very close. A commuter meal plan is available to those who have previously lived in University Residences. Details for purchase can be found beginning August 1 in the Purdue housing portal. 


  • What will I need for my apartment?

    A packing list of household items you may want to consider bringing with you will be provided in June.


  • When will I be able to move in?

    Due to our prime location at the heart of campus, we will offer a staggered move-in schedule beginning August 15. The schedule will be finalized and shared in July. You will have the opportunity to select your move-in date/time.
